About the Role: 
E-bikes Plug is looking for an energetic and passionate E-bike Sales Representative to join our growing team in Anaheim, CA! This is your chance to combine your love of sustainable transportation with a rewarding sales career in one of the fastest-growing industries around. Responsibilities: 
  • Greet and assist customers in-store, guiding them through e-bike models, features, and pricing
  • Answer and assist with sales calls as needed. 
  • Conduct test ride consultations and product demonstrations to match customers with the right e-bike
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-bike technology, battery systems, and industry trends
  • Process sales transactions, financing options, and after-sale documentation accurately
  •  Assist with work order entry for service repairs
  •  Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
  • Support showroom merchandising, inventory management, and product displays

Requirements:
 
  • 1+ years of retail or B2C sales experience, preferably in cycling, powersports, or consumer electronics
  • Seeking bilingual salesperson fluent in Spanish.
  • Genuine passion for e-bikes, cycling, or sustainable urban mobility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to learn and explain technical product specifications with confidence
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
  • Basic computer proficiency for POS, workorder systems and CRM tools
  • Basic Bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle, or scooter repair experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of e-bike motors, batteries, controllers, and displays
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours as needed
