Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Guest Service Standards: Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
  • Support Team Operations: Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
  • Promote Safety: Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
  • Ensure Liability Compliance: Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
  • Contribute to Team Effort: Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED
