The Opportunity

  • Assess and provide accurate repair quotes upon customer arrival.
  • Ensure all service shop tasks (tunes, mounts, waxes, assemblies, etc.) are completed properly and on-time, maintaining consistent and high-quality work standards.
  • Offer credible, unbiased advice during service check-ins and assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
  • Attend scheduled clinics and training sessions to continuously improve personal gear knowledge.
  • Order necessary parts to ensure seamless completion of repair jobs.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop area.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:The Must Haves
  • No degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience required
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, communication, customer service, inventory management, multitasking, problem-solving, product knowledge, teamwork, time management

The base wage for this role ranges from $20.00/hr to $24.48hr. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity.
