Job description

Almost Anything, Big R's Got It!, and we want YOU to join the Big R Team as an Area Lead. The departments needing an Area Lead are: Tack & Feed, Hardware, & Cashiers.

We have a relaxed work environment, and want individuals with a strong work ethic and a drive to make a difference. These individuals will be responsible for, but not limited to: greeting and assisting customers, stocking/organizing shelves, operating computers, and processing sales transactions.

Area Lead is also responsible for supervision of department employees including creating and distributing daily assignments, training new employees, and cross training employees from other departments.

Must be able to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
