Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a Big Data Application Support L2 professional. The role involves supporting big data applications with a focus on the Hadoop ecosystem, including tools such as HDFS, Hive, and Spark, as well as data ingestion and data warehousing.
Responsibilities:
• Hadoop Ecosystem Understanding
• Working knowledge on Cloudera Distribution
• Must to have – very well versed with HDFS, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Oozie & Spark.
• Data Ingestion in HDFS through any framework.
• Data Warehousing/MDM Understanding
• Linux – Shell Scripting with AWK & SED
• Good to have - No SQL DB (HBase, Mongo)
• 3+ years of ticket based application support experience
• *Excellent written and verbal communication.*
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hadoop Ecosystem Understanding
• Working knowledge on Cloudera Distribution
• Must to have – very well versed with HDFS, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Oozie & Spark.
