About the role...
We're looking for a strategic UX/Product Researcher to join us on a 6-month contract and help us level up our research practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to prioritize what to learn and when, and is passionate about making research a core part of product development.

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to shape strategic initiatives with sharp user insights
  • Plan and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to answer critical product questions
  • Coach Designers on research best practices to empower more impactful, scalable research across the org
  • Identify gaps in our current research ops and improve tooling, workflows, and documentation
  • Champion a culture of learning, helping us stay close to our customers and move with confidence

Your profile...
  • 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Research, ideally in B2C or marketplace environments
  • Strong communication skills - able to distill insights and influence decision-making
  • Experience coaching or mentoring cross-functional partners
  • You are pragmatic and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning end-to-end research processes
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving scopes and ambiguous problem spaces
