STRIKING UP FUN SINCE 2006:

Big Al’s first opened its doors in 2006, and yes, there’s a real Al (no, he’s not that big, but he’s pretty awesome). What started as a local establishment in Vancouver, Washington has now grown to five locations across the West Coast. While we’ve expanded, we’ve never lost our small, family-owned vibe. At Big Al’s, you get the best of both worlds: the support and structure with the personal touch and the freedom for your voice to be heard. If you want to work for a place that values your ideas and lets you be part of a close-knit team, we’re the perfect fit!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Someone comfortable conducting in-person client meetings and delivering presentations
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain and grow customer accounts
  • The ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Advanced calendar management & attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally to support client success.
  • Awareness of market trends and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Strong follow-up skills and consistent communication habits.
  • Ability to manage territory and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Naturally upbeat, people-focused, and unshakably positive.

$50,000 annual base salary + commission - $125,000 potential in commission!!

We want everyone to feel successful in this role, and we’re happy to make reasonable accommodations for team members with disabilities. That said, here’s what the job usually looks like day-to-day:

  • Frequently travel within the assigned territory, including driving to client locations and events
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the day
  • Regularly enter and exit a vehicle and navigate various business environments (offices, event spaces, etc.)
  • Occasionally lift and carry materials up to 15–25 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, presentation equipment)
  • Use of a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment for extended periods
  • Ability to attend events, which may require evenings, weekends, and prolonged standing

YOU BELONG HERE:

Different voices, fresh ideas, and unique backgrounds — we’re all about it. When everyone feels equal and included, the good stuff happens: creativity flows, new perspectives shine, and work feels a lot more like joy. And honestly, we’re here for it.
