Job description

Role: Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (Grades 4–12) Location: Riverside Indian School – Anadarko, Oklahoma (On-Site) Pay: 100-115/hr, based on experience Schedule: One day per week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), aligned to the school calendar Chism Consulting Group is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide contracted SLP services at Riverside Indian School (RIS), a Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) campus serving students in grades 4 through 12 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Approximately 20 students are currently eligible for speech and language services. The number may grow based on referrals and evaluation needs over the school year.

What the job looks like: On-site service delivery one day per week during school hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, day coordinated with the Special Education Coordinator) Evaluation, interpretation, treatment, consultation, and training for referred students Writing IEP goals and attending IEP meetings to present and interpret evaluation results Submitting nine-week progress reports to the case manager for each student served Completing weekly service logs and entering documentation into the Student Information System Maintaining strict confidentiality of all student records and work product Contractor will be reimbursed or compensated for testing materials, devices, and equipment Requirements: Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Oklahoma licensure or eligibility) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Ability to obtain and maintain BIE background clearance (required before on-site work begins) Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision Preferred: Experience working with Native American children or in rural/Tribal school settings Familiarity with IDEA (Public Law 105-17) and BIE special education compliance requirements Experience writing IEP goals and facilitating IEP meetings
