As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Waterproofing Coordinator to join our Waterproofing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to create, manage, and monitor project budgets, schedules, purchase orders, and subcontracts
  • Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute them to project stakeholders
  • Support the PM in maintaining project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Communicate key project updates, risks, and changes to the PM in a timely manner
  • Assist with quotation reviews to ensure fair and competitive pricing recommendations
  • Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders
  • Monitor material orders and shipping timelines, escalating risks as needed
  • Coordinate and execute all project start-up documentation
  • Maintain project reports, agendas, and meeting minutes throughout all phases
  • Follow up on outstanding items daily to ensure project execution stays on track
  • Support project close-out activities and documentation requirements
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure all team members understand project scope and individual responsibilities
  • Other office and coordination duties as required


What You Bring to the Team

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related construction field
  • Technical proficiency with construction-related software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proactive approach to tasks, deadlines, and project needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
