  • Ensure data integrity, quality validation, and reconciliation processes are incorporated into each migration phase.
  • Partner with data engineers and architects to document data lineage, transformation logic, and schema changes throughout migrations.
  • Oversee UAT planning and execution, ensuring business stakeholders validate migrated reports and data outputs prior to cutover.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales) and technical teams throughout migration projects.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and working sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences, as needed to complete project.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and migration impacts into clear, accessible communications for business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Legal and Compliance team to ensure project activities align with RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, and applicable data governance requirements.

Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, architecture decisions, migration runbooks, and lessons learned.

  • Strong understanding of data concepts including data modeling, data warehousing, dimensional design, and reporting best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar).
