The Information Technology Analyst - Jr. (Power Platform Developer) supports digital transformation initiatives for the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO). Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Information Technology Analyst- Jr : Pay commensurate with experience. Information Technology Analyst- Jr Responsibilities Include: * Collaborate with functional owners, SMEs, analysts, and end users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and related tools
  • Build customer-facing dashboards and reports with advanced data visualizations to support operational and executive decision-making
  • Perform end-to-end data lifecycle activities, including data sourcing, transformation, modeling, and visualization
  • Develop digital processes, workflows, and applications to support business transformation and knowledge management initiatives
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise IT and Army systems to create centralized analytics environments
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize Power BI and related analytics platforms hosted within Army infrastructure
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across solutions
  • Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and sustainment of deployed applications and dashboards

Performs other job-related duties as assigned Information Technology Analyst- Jr Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and related tools)
  • Strong experience across the full data lifecycle (requirements, data sourcing, transformation, modeling, visualization)
  • Experience building dashboards and reports with advanced data visualizations
  • Experience developing digital workflows, applications, and knowledge management solutions
  • Experience working with enterprise IT systems and data platforms (government/Army experience preferred)
  • Experience administering and maintaining Power BI or enterprise analytics environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
