Nurse Practitioner - Part-Time
In-Person | North Carolina
Schedule: 2-3 days per week + 1-2 Saturdays per month (4-hour Saturday shifts)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team.
While prior experience in weight loss medicine is appreciated, it is not required - we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal provider will have a strong general medical foundation and a genuine interest in lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization, and aesthetics.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to expand their expertise in a growing, specialized field while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations for weight loss and TRT patients
  • Order and interpret laboratory testing to guide clinical decision-making
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including lifestyle coaching, medications, and supplement protocols
  • Educate patients on weight management, TRT, BHRT, and aesthetic services
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina license as a FNP or PA-C
  • Strong foundation in general medicine and clinical decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow established protocols
  • Interest in obesity medicine, hormone therapy, and aesthetics (preferred but not required)
