Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation and promotions
  • Offering beverage/food to the patrons on the casino floor/lounge and picking up soiled dishes off the casino floor/lounge
  • Ringing up the beverage/food orders and waiting for the order to be made
  • Delivering the beverage/food to the patrons
  • Checking, cleaning and stocking the beverage/self-serve stations
  • Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
  • Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible service of alcohol
  • Complete daily side work

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Cocktail/Bartending experience is preferred
