Job description

Description Coordinates and performs food service activities of the Fireside Grill. Representative List of Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list is not to be intended to be all-inclusive but is intended to provide examples of typical duties performed: Maintains compliance with all cooking and cleaning hygiene requirements for food service. Responsible for cooking food, preparing beverages, for daily operations and special events.

Responsible for operation of beverage cart. Assist with restocking food and beverage storage areas. Assists with cleanliness of food and beverage areas and equipment.

Responsible for POS transactions along with opening and closing procedures. Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with others. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications Must be 21 years or older. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required plus two years related experience and/or training.

Cooking experience preferred. Certificates and Licenses: Serve Safe Certification required. Valid Alabama Driver's License required.

Supplemental Information Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
