As a Pepsi bottler serving communities throughout the region, we take pride in producing and delivering quality beverages while maintaining a safe, team-oriented workplace.Whether you already have manufacturing experience or are looking to start a career in production, this position offers hands-on training, opportunities to learn new skills, and the potential for long-term career growth within our organization.Position OverviewProduction Workers support daily bottling and packaging operations by helping maintain efficient production flow and ensuring products meet company quality standards. Team members work closely with supervisors and coworkers to keep production lines operating safely and effectively.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active work, working with equipment, solving problems, and contributing to a team environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and assist with manufacturing and packaging equipmentPerform routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting on production machineryInspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are metRecord production information and complete required documentation accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of production work areasFollow established food safety, quality, and workplace safety proceduresCommunicate equipment issues, product concerns, or production interruptions to leadershipAssist with material handling and general production support duties as neededQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferredAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic math, reading, and communication skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to learn and follow operating procedures and safety requirementsPrevious experience in manufacturing, industrial production, warehouse operations, packaging, machine operation, food and beverage processing, bottling, assembly, or general labor is helpful but not required.Candidates with mechanical aptitude, industrial equipment experience, or forklift experience are encouraged to apply.
