ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency four years ago after spending nearly a decade with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I worked my way from Management Trainee to Branch Manager. Building relationships and giving back to the community are important parts of both my personal and professional life.
Our agency currently consists of five team members, including both sales and service professionals. We offer PTO, paid holidays, ongoing training and development, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in investing in our team members and providing the tools, coaching, and support needed to build a successful long-term career.
Our culture is friendly, laid-back, and family-oriented, while still maintaining a strong focus on growth and performance. We work hard, support one another, and celebrate success together.
