Job description

We are looking for a strategic, data-obsessed Senior UA Manager to own our growth engine. You will control significant budgets, lead performance across multiple channels, and serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Data, and Product turning insights into impact at scale.

This role is built for someone who can zoom out to set strategy and zoom in to execute the kind of UA leader who can talk pLTV models with a data scientist in the morning and review creative concepts with an artist in the afternoon.

YOUR MISSION

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Architect and run high-scale campaigns across Social, Search, SDK Networks, and DSPs. Move fluidly between macro strategy and daily bid/budget decisions to maximize every dollar with full accountability for the UA budget.

pLTV & fROAS Modeling

  • Bridge historical cohort data and predictive modeling using internal pLTV models to hit fROAS targets. Continuously audit forecast accuracy against realized actuals to refine bid multipliers and scale confidently on predicted value.

Creative Testing Frameworks

  • Go beyond A/B tests. Build rigorous, data-backed creative testing programs, equipping the Art team with clear hypotheses. Turn creative production into a performance engine by identifying winning concepts fast and iterating quickly.

Data Analysis & Storytelling

  • Synthesize MMP attribution data with internal backend databases to validate performance. Translate complex multi-source data into a clear narrative that explains the ‘why’ behind trends and connects them to broader business outcomes.

Strategic Partner Management

  • Cultivate high-level relationships with top-tier platforms and agencies to unlock alpha/beta access and exclusive inventory. Use these partnerships to diversify channel mix and maintain a competitive edge in the UA marketplace.

Product Collaboration

  • Act as a rapid-response partner to the Product team. Pivot spend instantly to support feature launches, dial back during technical issues, and keep UA budgets perfectly in sync with the game’s live environment and roadmap.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Translate performance data into executive-level strategic narratives for product stakeholders. Monitor the competitive landscape not just ad trends, but game mechanics and feature trends to surface new growth vectors for Product.

YOURBACKSTORY

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent practical experience

  • You've got 5+ years running UA or performance marketing in mobile gaming. You know the ecosystem, you've lived the cycles, and you've got the scars to prove it.

  • A track record managing large-scale budgets with accountability for ROI

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong analytical chops: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable with complex data sets

  • Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) and DSPs/social ad platforms

  • Skilled at validating tracking links, troubleshooting attribution paths, and catching discrepancies

  • Familiarity with pLTV modeling and ROAS-based bidding strategies
