Job description

Site Manager | Sparkle Express Car Wash.
Peru, IL | $55,000–$65,000/yr + Monthly Bonuses + Commission.

This isn't just a management role, It's an opportunity to build something.
At Sparkle Express, the Site Manager is the standard-bearer, the person who sets the pace, shapes the culture, and makes sure every guest leaves with a reason to come back. You own the full operation: the team, the numbers, the experience, and the reputation of the site. That's a big responsibility and we don't take lightly who we put in that seat.
We're looking for a leader who is as invested in developing people as they are in driving performance. Someone who leads with warmth and holds the line with confidence. Someone who understands that a thriving team and a thriving business aren't two separate goals, they're the same goal.
What you'll own:
  • Full day-to-day site operations — clean, organized, fully staffed, and performing at its best.
  • Labor management, KPI monitoring, and membership-driven sales culture.
  • Hiring, training, and developing your team — coaching for results, not just compliance.
  • Cash handling, opening and closing procedures, inventory, and operational compliance.
  • Weekly maintenance walk-throughs and proactive equipment partnership with district and maintenance leadership.
  • Weekly operations calls and ongoing leadership development as part of the broader Sparkle team.

What we offer you:
  • $55,000–$65,000/yr base salary — commensurate with experience.
  • Monthly performance bonuses — because your results deserve to be recognized.
  • Commission on personally sold memberships — your floor presence pays off directly.
  • Up to $1,500 sign-on bonus for managers with relevant experience.
  • Hands-on training and continuous leadership development.
  • A clear advancement path into district and regional leadership as Sparkle grows.

What we're looking for:
Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality, restaurant, car wash, or similar fast-paced operations is essential. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who communicates with clarity, stays calm under pressure, takes genuine pride in cleanliness and guest experience, and motivates people through both encouragement and accountability.
The best Site Managers at Sparkle don't just run a site. They raise it.
At Sparkle Express, your leadership matters — to your team, to your guests, and to this company's future.
If you're ready to lead with purpose, build a team worth being proud of, and grow alongside a brand that's going places — we'd love to meet you.
Apply today: Hiring@SparkleStatus.com.
We'd love to welcome you to the Sparkle family!
