Job description

Help Homeowners Save with Clean Energy

Are you looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career while helping homeowners reduce their energy costs? Join a growing team that's making clean, renewable energy more accessible through solar, battery storage, and other home energy solutions.

This is not a lead-generation role. There is no door knocking or cold calling.

We're looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to build trust, educate customers, and close deals. Our dedicated appointment-setting team schedules qualified appointments directly on your calendar, allowing you to focus on meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and recommending the right energy solutions for their homes.

We believe the best sales approach is an educational one. Transitioning to solar or home energy solutions is a significant decision, and homeowners deserve clear, honest guidance throughout the process. Our consultants focus on helping customers understand how the technology works, the financial incentives available, and how they can maximize long-term savings with confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience required
  • In-home or outside sales experience preferred
  • Solar or home improvement sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow

Benefits

  • Base salary plus uncapped commission
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Ongoing training and professional development

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission
On-target earnings: $100,000–$250,000+ annually

If you're passionate about helping people, enjoy building relationships, and want to be part of a fast-growing industry with unlimited earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
