Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC MS/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the LTAC MS/Tele department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, preferably with experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a LTAC environment.
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
  • Participate in call rotation support after hours and on weekends.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing is required.
  • Previous experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting is preferred.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale are required.
  • Experience in neuro care is essential.
  • Must possess strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
