Experienced Pest Control Technician Wanted!

We're a growing, family-owned pest control company in Arizona with over 10,000 satisfied customers. Our goal is to dominate the Arizona market, and we're looking for experienced pest control technicians to join us on this journey.

We're proud to offer the best pay and culture in the pest control industry. Our experienced technicians earn between $650 and $750 per week plus bonuses and commissions, and we have the best pay structure in the business. We're not a corporate, international company, or part of some franchise. You're more than a number, we believe in treating our employees like family.

As an experienced pest control technician, you'll receive 10 to 20 days off per year, plus 4 paid holidays. We prefer experienced technicians to have a weed license, but it's not necessary.

Qualifications:
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent required
โ€ข Valid driver's license with a good driving record
โ€ข Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
โ€ข Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)
โ€ข Experience in pest control, weed control, and/or termite control preferred
โ€ข Ability to work independently and interact with customers
โ€ข Ability to safely use a ladder and access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
โ€ข Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and use an OSHA-compliant respirator
โ€ข Willingness to work in different types of weather conditions

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule
โ€ข Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services
โ€ข Serve as a problem solver for customers and provide the best pest management solutions
โ€ข Complete all required service-related documentation and use a hand-held device for speed and accuracy
