Position Overview:

As a Lawn and Pest Technician, you'll deliver 5-star customer service while performing initial pest control treatments for new customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform indoor and outdoor pest control applications with precision.

Educate customers on service benefits and provide outstanding support.

Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with office staff.

Keep equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in top condition.

Qualifications:

1+ years of Lawn or Pest Control Technician service (preferred).

Valid driver's license (must meet insurance standards).

21+ years old and eligible for state pest control licensing (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

$17.00 - $22.00/hr + additional earnings opportunities

Paid sick leave, vacation, & 10 company-paid holidays

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Exposure to chemicals, pests, and structural hazards (safety gear provided).
