We'll teach you the technical skills, but to succeed here, you must:

  • Have the drive to learn option-based selling - helping customers make the best decisions for their comfort and safety

You'll receive paid, hands-on training, mentorship from top technicians, and a clear path for advancement. If you bring the right attitude, we'll provide the tools and training to help you grow from trainee to certified technician - and beyond.
Responsibilities
• Travel to multiple residential job sites daily, assisting with HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about system performance and comfort options.
• Engage customers in option-based sales conversations, overcoming initial resistance through education and empathy.
• Support lead technicians in service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized.
• Participate in regular company training to develop both technical and customer service skills.
• Represent Confident Comfort with integrity, respect, and reliability at every visit.
Qualifications
• No HVAC experience required - we'll train the right person.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical issues in plain language.
