You are a person who is passionate about designing, implementing and maintaining the organization's technical infrastructure. We need someone who will ensure the network and systems are reliable, secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives. In the role of IT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for working across teams to integrate hardware, software, networks, and cloud services into cohesive, high-performing solutions.

About The Position

  • System Design & Architecture -- Develop and maintain system and network architectures that support business and technical requirements. Design integrations between applications, platforms, and infrastructure components.
  • Implementation & Maintenance -- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Manage system performance, capacity, and availability. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Security & Compliance -- Implement security best practices across systems and infrastructure. Monitor for vulnerabilities and apply patches or remediation steps. Support compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Automation & Optimization -- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operations. Improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Support -- Work closely with Application Development, Security and other IT Teams. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders. Document system configurations, procedures, and architectural decisions.
  • Rotate as after-hours contact and perform after-hours support as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of IT work experience in network and systems administration
  • High level of network troubleshooting and engineering including VPN, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, L2 and L3 Routing, VLAN Tagging, and SD-WAN
  • High Level of experience in the supporting, configuration, design and administration of next generation firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and other networking equipment and technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Services
  • High level of experience with supporting VMware environments
  • Experience with Entra and Active Directory administration and implementation
  • Experience with administration and support of Windows Servers
  • Experience in the supporting and administration of databases
  • Knowledge of scripting principles with PowerShell
  • Knowledge of business process automation principles
  • Effective team member working toward company goals and objectives
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
