Job description

Myers-Holum Delivery Organization offers a layered and specialized approach with subject matter exerts within their perspective areas. Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process as the solutions provided set the tone and expectation for the entirety of the engagement. When working with Myers-Holum, clients will partner with dedicated Solution Architects who have like-minded solutioning expertise and previous hands-on industry knowledge as the clients undergoing the transformation process for their NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and reconstruction needs. This all-encompassing role requires the ability to actively listen, empathize, explain, influence and negotiate all while understanding needs, and providing advice in order to deliver the right technology results for each client.

The Role you Will Play

  • Provide leadership and help to scope, gauge, and deliver large scale NetSuite projects.
  • Determine appropriate forecasting of Project Management and delivery scope to help ensure a successful client experience.
  • Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, solution approaches, functional and technical requirements and specifications and can present them to clients
  • Participate in business development activities that include pre-sales meetings, demos and calls with potential clients – Working in conjunction with Myers-Holum Account Executives and Delivery teams, as well as client stakeholders
  • Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain timeline and meet goals for project deliverable.
  • Lead the creation of business proposals including the review and response to RFP's. Create SOW's once the scope of the project is determined
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external clients to ensure best practice, product and capabilities are leveraged to provide beneficial client solutions
  • This role may include up to 75% travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

Profile for Success

  • 4-5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
  • Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
  • Full, life-cycle implementation experience with proven presentation skills
  • Project Management experience, in designing and outlining a prospective project plan
  • In depth understanding of NetSuite and the Pre-sales process
  • This role may include up to 50% travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

Our Process:
Our interview process is efficient and provides you with an opportunity to showcase your strengths, current abilities and share your future career aspirations while learning whether Myers-Holum would be a good fit for you. You will be paired with a member of our recruiting team who will handle all of the logistics as well as provide thoughtful feedback after each touchpoint to ensure you are kept within the loop from start to finish. Our recruiting timeline can be flexible to align with your circumstances; our typical timeline can take 2-4 weeks to complete however this can be adjusted or expedited depending on your needs. You can expect the following touchpoints when interviewing with MHI

  • 30-minute call with our recruiting team
  • 60-minute video call with a MHI Solution Architect
  • 90-minute interactive "Case Study" session with a Delivery Manager, Practice Manager or Solution Architect Manager
  • Executive leadership review and decision making

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year. This position and compensation range is for candidates who reside in the United States. Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
