As a Sales Account Executive, you'll learn the transportation and logistics industry from experienced producers and leaders with decades of experience. Through hands-on mentorship, best-in-class technology, and a collaborative team environment, you'll develop long-term partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and transportation providers across the country.
You'll work from our beautiful, open-concept office in Chicago's vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood, collaborating directly with experienced mentors, sales leaders, and teammates every day. We believe the best learning, coaching, and career growth happen together.
This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, with standard hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time to align with our customers and operations across multiple time zones. If you enjoy getting an early start and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll fit right in.

  • Negotiate pricing while protecting customer relationships and profitability.
  • Utilize Avenue's proprietary CRM and transportation technology to manage your business.
  • Stay informed on market trends to provide strategic transportation solutions.
  • Grow your own book of business through consistent outreach, persistence, and relationship building.
