What You'll Do
  • Build Your Business.
  • Focus your business within Healthcare, Office, Industrial, or Retail sectors.
  • Build relationships and pursue opportunities with investors, owners, developers, operators, and industry partners.
  • Attend industry events and strengthen your presence within the market.

Lead Transactions with Precision
  • Manage transactions from initial marketing and prospect follow-up through negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
  • Partner with brokerage support, marketing, research, and legal teams throughout the transaction process.
  • Present letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and transaction recommendations to clients.
  • Track deadlines, approvals, due diligence requirements, documentation, and other important details.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client, pipeline, and transaction information in the company's CRM and reporting systems.

Growth & Professional Development
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate with brokers across the platform.
  • Pursue a professional designation, such as SIOR or CCIM, within five years of joining the team.
  • Help shape the growth of Bradley Company's national investment-sales platform.
  • Grow your team over time based on business needs and in partnership with leadership.

What You Bring to the Table
  • An active real estate license in at least one state.
  • Three or more years of commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, or related transaction experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience, market knowledge, or established relationships within healthcare, office, industrial, or retail real estate.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop business and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong initiative and discipline to succed while working remotely.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
