Launch Your Career in the Electrical Trades

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, learn from the best, and build a career that pays — this is it. We're looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our residential service team in Sterling, VA. You'll earn while you learn, work alongside seasoned electricians, and follow a clear path to licensure.

What We Offer
• $17.00–$20.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
• Consistent full-time schedule
• Hands-on training alongside experienced electricians every day
• Clear advancement path to licensure
• Tuition assistance (with a one-year contract)
• Performance bonuses — including a $1,000 monthly bonus once you hit the technician level (first year)
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• 401(k) with 4% company match
• A supportive, team-first work culture

What You'll Do
As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll work side-by-side with licensed electricians on residential service and installation jobs — gaining real skills in a real environment.
• Assist with residential electrical service and installation
• Learn proper electrical techniques, tool usage, and safety procedures
• Keep your job site and service vehicle clean and organized
• Protect customer property on every visit
• Handle tools, materials, and job documentation as needed
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth activities
• Represent the company with professionalism in customers' homes

What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and a hunger to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on curiosity about the trades
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to take direction and put in the work
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and carry equipment up to 250 feet unassisted
• Safely use ladders and hand/power tools
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined areas
• Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant conditions
• Stand or work on concrete and uneven surfaces for extended periods
• Work outdoors in varying weather
• Work more than 40 hours per week when needed

Ready to Build Something That Lasts?
If you're dependable, driven, and ready to invest in a skilled trade career, we want to hear from you. Join a team that's committed to your growth from day one.
