WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll work on real commercial construction projects across the Dayton and Cincinnati area - conduit, wiring, panels, blueprints, and hands-on trade work alongside experienced journeymen who are invested in your growth. No busywork. No forgotten helpers. You'll be on meaningful jobs from day one.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-3+ years of commercial or service experience
- Comfortable working across the Dayton and Cincinnati footprint
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10/30 or aerial work platform certification is a plus - we'll help you get there if you don't have it yet
