Farmers Insurance is expanding in Connecticut, and we are actively recruiting for our new Retail office locations in the area. and recruiting for our new Retail locations in the area. 


This is an opportunity to run and manage a Farmers retail office location.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and be coached

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and financial needs
  • Quote, present, and explain insurance policy options in a clear, consultative way
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM systems to close new business
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Service existing policyholders, including policy updates, changes, and renewals
  • Track goals, sales activity, and performance metrics to drive consistent growth
  • Develop leadership skills by training, coaching, and supporting team members as the agency expands
