Job Description

Location: Anchorage, AK

Duration: 12 Months

TYPICAL WORK PERFORMED

Prepare and process IT Procurement, A/P.

Coordinate procurement and Credit Card transactions

Utilize the contract tracking system to monitor all IT contracts.

Creating journal entries and enter in ERP system.

Assist IT Asset Manager with maintenance of the centralized IT software and hardware tracking database.

Assist with audit and budget processes

Prepare operating and capital budgets in support of the IT Director

Review and monitoring revenue and expenses

Support planning for long and short term projects and formulate recovery plan

Prepare and monitor IT procurement
