We are currently seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team in Anchorage, AK.

Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.

As our Senior Staff Accountant you will provide general ledger and accounts payable support within the Fiscal Services department. To be successful in this role, you will ensue the financial systems are accurate and in accordance with professional accounting practices and governmental regulations. The Senior Staff Accountant provides training and assistance to other accounting department staff, as requested. The position completes projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager, including financial analysis and accounting functions, as well as provides financial interpretation and assistance to other departments. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and professional judgment.
