What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you are the face of our company and the hero who brings high-speed connectivity to our customers.

  • Installation: Set up high-speed wireless equipment (dishes and radios) on residential and commercial rooftops.
  • Cabling: Run and secure ethernet lines from the outdoor equipment to the indoor router.
  • Technical Setup: Align radios for peak signal performance and configure basic home Wi-Fi networks.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose connectivity issues and perform equipment maintenance to ensure a 5-star customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfort with Heights: You must be confident working on ladders and rooftops (up to 30 feet).
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with power tools and basic hand tools is required.
  • Backgrounds: Experience in Roofing, Siding, Satellite Install (Dish/DirecTV), or Construction is a huge plus!
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic networking (IP addresses, routers) or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Reliability: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (you will operate a company vehicle).
  • Grit: Ability to work outdoors in all types of Wisconsin weather.
