Job Description

A Wellness Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed in Bermuda Dunes/East Valley, California. The primary focus of the APP is to deliver quality preventative services to all patients.

Details:

• Permanent, full-time position

• Schedule: 4x10s

• Average patient volume: 12

• Expanding clinic

• Provide services following HCC codes
