Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

Location: Tempe, AZ 85282

Employment Type: W2 Contract – 5 Months with the Possibility of Extension

Shift: Standard Business Hours

Work Model: Initially Fully Onsite with Potential for Hybrid


Role Overview


BEPC is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support a high-priority proposal re-rate project in Tempe, AZ. This role will serve as a key member of the contracts team, reviewing contractual provisions, assessing proposal requirements, and supporting contract negotiations for commercial and government aerospace programs.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing contracts within the aerospace, defense, or government sectors and possess a strong understanding of contract administration, proposal review, risk assessment, and compliance. This position requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional project teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Review contractual provisions associated with proposal re-rate activities.
  • Assess contract terms against established contract playbooks and internal guidance.
  • Support proposal review and approval processes related to contractual requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and contractual documentation.
  • Evaluate contractual risks based on scope, value, contract type, and customer requirements.
  • Support contract negotiations with commercial and government customers.
  • Collaborate with legal, program management, finance, and business teams to resolve contractual issues.
  • Ensure contract documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation.
  • Provide recommendations regarding contractual risks and compliance issues.
  • Support special projects and additional contract administration activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in contract administration or contract management.
  • Experience supporting commercial and/or government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and proposal review processes.
  • Experience evaluating contractual risk and supporting negotiations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Education


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts Management, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field required.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience within the Aerospace, Defense, or Space industry.
  • Familiarity with government contracting practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of commercial and government contract administration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional project teams in regulated environments.
