Salary
  • $35,000 to $45,000 based on experience
Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound phone calls with empathy, clarity, and care
  • Guide customers through our core service offerings, manage scheduling & dispatch, and address any questions that arise during the initial booking or follow-up process
  • Effectively manage the dispatch board
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while creating a great customer experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up and assist with building out our CRM (Service Titan)
  • Help reduce repeat issues by flagging patterns and suggesting improvements
  • Available Monday to Friday for 8am-5pm shifts.
