Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00โ€“$25.00/hr (+ 15% Shift Differential)
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 3:30PMโ€“12:00AM | Full-Time

Whatโ€™s a typical day as a CNC Bending Operator? Youโ€™ll be:
  • Setting up and operating CNC bending machines for sheet metal fabrication
  • Interpreting blueprints and inspecting parts to ensure quality standards
  • Using measuring equipment such as calipers, protractors, and tape measures
  • Performing initial production runs and supporting process setup and debugging
  • Maintaining equipment and workspace following 5S and TPM standards
  • Participating in daily shop floor management meetings and supporting team activities
  • Assisting with operational activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet production timelines
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 1โ€“2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience (required)
  • Are experienced with CNC, lathe, milling, or similar equipment (preferred)
  • Can read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Are able to operate an overhead crane or forklift (preferred)
  • Bring a strong attention to detail, positive work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
  • Are familiar with TRUMPF machines (a plus)
  • Are able to lift up to 70 lbs and participate actively in shop floor management activities
