$22 -$24 per hour

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an experienced Bench Mechanic for a facility-focused industrial environment in Franklin, Indiana.

Key responsibilities
  • Inspection: Examining mechanical equipment for damage or wear.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on machines and tools, and conducting inspections to prevent failures of aircraft mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Identifying mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting equipment or systems operation problems.
  • Repair & Replacement: Repairing or replacing faulty components, and determining when parts should be repaired or replaced.
  • Assembly & Disassembly: Assembling and disassembling machinery parts, and installing various components according to instructions.
  • Testing: Testing repaired equipment for proper functioning, and performing serviceability tests on repaired components using specified test equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance, and completing work package documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and adhering to approved maintenance procedures and FAA compliance.
  • Tool & Equipment Use: Using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
