Electronic Assemblers (Microscope & Soldering Experience Required)

El Cajon, CA

Do you have hands-on electronic assembly experience? Can you solder small components under a microscope? If not, this role is NOT the right fit.

We are currently hiring multiple skilled Electronic Assemblers for a precision manufacturing environment specializing in RF and microwave components. These roles require experience with small electronic parts, microscope work, soldering, and intricate bench assembly in a fast-paced production setting.

This is NOT a general assembly or warehouse role. Candidates must have direct experience in electronics manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble small electronic and RF components with precision

• Work under a 10X microscope for assembly and inspection

• Perform hand soldering, solder rework, and hot plate reflow

• Complete coil winding, shield cutting, and strap cutting

• Apply epoxy staking and potting

• Assist with electronics tuning, leak testing, and product validation

• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures

• Maintain strict quality standards and a clean work area

Required Experience:

✔ Minimum 2+ years of electronic assembly experience

✔ Experience with small parts / micro-assembly

✔ Ability to solder through-hole and SMT components

✔ Experience working under a microscope (required)

✔ Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail

✔ Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, schematics, or blueprints

✔ Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Preferred:

⭐ IPC-A-610 or J-STD certification

⭐ RF, aerospace, defense, or medical device assembly experience

⭐ Experience with coil winding or epoxy potting

Requirements:
