We are hiring an Associate, Assembly I to join our Accessories team!
DISCOVER
Are you a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment? As Associate, Assembly II on our Accessories team, you will support our customers by assembling devices and/or components to be installed in our award-winning hot tub products. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and is interested in learning new skills, is unafraid to ask questions, and wants to be part of a great team.
YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
  • Can you build quality products with precision? You will assemble and/or install components including bench assembly of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical parts that require attention to detail and precision. You may also perform routine assembly or packing tasks such as sorting, checking and packaging materials.
  • Can you use basic tools? You will use a variety of handheld and/or stationery tools and jigs, manual or pneumatic, to cut, pinch, twist, screw or otherwise fasten smaller components into a single unit. You will position parts in a specified opening and screw or bolt them in place.
  • Do you enjoy working with your hands? You will visually select and then grasp components of various sizes, using your hands and your upper body strength to manipulate parts, requiring varying degrees of physical effort.
  • Can you adapt to different operational needs? You may assist with water tower functions along with tasks like cleaning, painting, and additional production support efforts to help maintain workflow

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, good time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow basic verbal instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety policies, and operating manuals
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and within a team environment.
