What You'll Do
As a Belt Fabricator/Maintenance Technician, you'll work on a variety of projects involving conveyor belting and fabrication, including:
  • Fabricating all types of conveyor belting
  • Slitting, skiving, punching, and cutting belts to length
  • Preparing belts for mechanical lacing and fastening
  • Performing endless belt procedures
  • Completing custom fabrication projects
  • Supporting quality control and ensuring finished products meet specifications
  • Assisting with field installations at customer locations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Performing other belt shop and maintenance duties as needed

No experience with every aspect of belt fabrication? That's okay. We're willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous belt fabrication, maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to accurately read a ruler/tape measure
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail
