Our team at The American Club leads the Midwest's only five-diamond hotel, offering elegant accommodations and unparalleled service that has stood as an icon of gracious hospitality for 100 years. Join our guest services team-the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
  • Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
  • Valet parking vehicles
  • Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
  • Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions

This is a part-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Skills/Requirements
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds.
