Location: Arlington, VA 22203

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bellman to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and ensuring a welcoming and smooth arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms and vehicles.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief overview of room features.
  • Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand area.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Assist with valet parking and transportation arrangements as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
