Description:

The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to a positive and inspiring team culture.

  • $24/hr base wage
  • Monday- Friday 9:00am- 6pm, must be available to work weekends if needed

Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management:

  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Act as the leader on duty in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service standards.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as a product expert, particularly in Bellami hair extensions and styling services.
  • Assist with in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily operational tasks, including inventory management, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
