Administrative Assistant | Las Vegas, NV

IMEG is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Las Vegas, NV to provide administrative support for assigned engineering teams and complete day-to-day administrative tasks. This role also demonstrates proficiency in using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates.

In this role, you will support team operations while working within the team's monetary budget and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. You will also support a team serving hospitality and MEP projects, with additional work tied to healthcare-focused renovations and tenant improvements.

What You'll Do

Follow and promote IMEG standards.

Assist the assigned team and support other teams as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of project, client, corporate, and employee matters.

Work with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines.

Attend and actively contribute to group meetings.

Support problem-solving efforts with the engineering team to contribute to the success of the organization.

Answer phones as needed.

Arrange meetings and travel as needed for the team or office.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping as needed.

The team also takes on public-sector, aviation/transportation, education, and custom residential work, but the strongest pattern is clearly casino/hotel amenities, food-and-beverage venues, and outpatient/medical renovations. Overall, the team looks especially strong in Las Vegas-area hospitality and healthcare system upgrades, remodels, and specialty TI work.
