THE JOB:
Join the team as a Houseperson at Bellagio, where you'll play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every guest. In this position, you'll support Guestroom Attendants by helping maintain guest room supplies, cleanliness standards, and efficient daily operations throughout the property.
Working in a fast-paced luxury resort environment, you'll be part of a dedicated housekeeping team focused on delivering exceptional service, creating memorable guest experiences and WOW moments guests carry with them long after they leave!
THE STARTING PAY: $24.315 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and properly maintained
  • Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, lockers, railings, wallpaper marks, marble and tile floors, ash urns, lamps, mirrors, and pictures
  • Vacuum halls, lobbies, and edges in assigned areas
  • Deliver guest requested items including refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, cribs, and other amenities to guest rooms
  • Empty trash and linen from Guest Room Attendants' carts as needed
  • Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies, and stock assigned lockers
  • Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, pull room procedures, quarterly mattress-flipping procedures, and all safety and cleaning standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six (6) months of previous cleaning experience in a similar resort style setting preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
