Job Description
Our Bell Services team keeps the resort running smoothly during our busiest guest-interaction hours. If you enjoy an energetic environment, love helping guests settle in, and take pride in delivering warm, memorable service, this shift is ideal. You will demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.
Bell Services provides warm, attentive service to guests by assisting with luggage, valet, and orientation to resort amenities. This role blends guest-facing hospitality with logistical support, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and overall on-property experiences.
As a Bell Services, you will:
  • Greet guests and owners using established service standards
  • Escort guests to rooms, assist with luggage, and explain room features and amenities
  • Load items onto bell carts with care and respect for guest belongings
  • Provide transportation across the property using golf carts, vans, or other resort vehicles
  • Stage, clean, and inspect luggage carts and vehicles to ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • Support the Front Office team with transportation, room tours, and guest services
  • Deliver and pick up items such as mail, packages, amenity baskets, and room keys
  • Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and transportation arrangements
  • Maintain accountability for vehicles and report any damage or issues promptly
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with valet policies and procedures
  • Remain attentive and ready to assist guests and team members at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. What you will bring:
  • Must be 21+ with a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
  • Availability for Late PM-Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and guest-service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
  • A calm, friendly demeanor when resolving guest concerns
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage and perform physical tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to operate golf carts and up to a 15-passenger van safely
