Job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate in-person BCBA to join our team. NC LBA is required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support. This role is crucial in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.

  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification required.

  • NC LBA required.

  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.

  • Proficiency in medical documentation practices and understanding of HIPAA regulations.

  • Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

  • Experience in patient care settings is a plus.
