The School of Professional Studies is seeking adjunct instructors toteach in-person training forMBI'sworkforcetraininginitiativerelated to QA/QC.This 8-week noncredit program is being delivered year-round attheMCPHSWorcester campus.Faculty will instruct students on crafting compelling application materials, mastering interview techniques, and honing soft skills essential for securing entry-level positions in lab administration and operations at biomanufacturingcompanies.Students are non-traditional working adults who hold a high school diploma.

  • Teach on-site inWorcester an estimatedtwodays a week for3-hour blocks
  • Deliverengaging, hands-on sessions coveringresumeandcover letterwriting,LinkedIn,and interview techniques, customizing content to diverse audiences
  • Offer guidance on common interview questions, behavioral interview techniques, and strategies forshowcasingstrengths
  • Conduct mock interviews and offer feedback to help students develop confidence, articulate their experiences, and make a positive impression on employers
