Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a crucial liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, ensuring the interconnectivity of care throughout the treatment process.
  • Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization to streamline access to necessary services for clients.
  • Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, preparing clients and their families for post-treatment living and continued support.
  • Provide therapeutic meal support by modeling healthy eating practices and fostering positive relationships with food.
