Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.


Job Summary

Community Bridges is currently seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our multiple crisis and inpatient units.


Skills/Requirements:

  • Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required.  Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.  
  • Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
  • At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary. 
  • Must be able to submit (4) minimum shifts a month, by the 15th of the month prior
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute.
  • Must be able to work at all assigned units within hired region, as assigned per central scheduling.
  • Must be able to reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
  • Must be able to work crisis and inpatient units as assigned
